J&R Technology Ltd. Birthday Party!

In J&R, our boss always attaches great importance to employee happiness and knows that the staff play an important role in the company. In order to convey the J&R’s enterprise culture, enhance staffs’ sense of belonging to the company, enhance team cohesion, improve staffs' stability, and give more warmth and care to staffs after work, J&R held a Quarterly Employee Birthday Party on Saturday, December 18, 2021, to celebrating the birthday person from July to December.

Although it is December, the weather is still very warm and sunny in Shenzhen. We assembled at 10:30 a.m, and divided into two teams - Red and Blue, then started to play some team games, like "Love hugs", "Finger-guessing relay" and "Team relay race", everyone completed the game together in an atmosphere of laughter and joy.

After the games, we were having the hot-pot lunch together! Everyone gathered around a long table, enjoying food and each other's company. It must be a special fate, in such a big loving family as J&R! After the lunch, we sang birthday songs, made wishes, blew candles and ate cakes together. Then, in the free activities in the afternoon, we sang karaoke together, played mahjong, Ping-pang, and other games together. The smiling faces of everyone have reflect the importance that J&R places on each staff, which is exactly the best embodiment of J&R Enterprise Culture.

Although the gathering lasted only 7 hours, we saw the elegant demeanor of each other, and felt the atmosphere of unity and harmony of J&R! We are a team full of vigor and vitality, fighting for the common dream! We believe that J&R will be better and stronger with the joint efforts of our energetic team!
